In short

Our website privacy notice, cookie policy, website terms and acceptable use policy. Each is marked as a draft until it has been reviewed by a qualified adviser.

Draft

Privacy notice

Draft privacy notice explaining how Inclusion Studio handles personal data from website visitors and people who contact us or ask about the pilot.

Draft

Cookie policy

Draft cookie policy. The Inclusion Studio website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. We will update this policy before that ever changes.

Draft

Website terms of use

Draft terms for using the Inclusion Studio website, its guides, templates and free tools, including how you may reuse content and the limits of our responsibility.

Draft

Acceptable use policy

Draft rules for how organisations and their users may use the future Inclusion Studio service, including learner data, AI drafts, safeguarding records and security.

These documents cover this website and the pre-pilot programme. Contracts and data processing agreements for pilot providers are agreed separately. See the trust centre for security and data protection detail.

Which policy do I need?

Each policy answers a different question, so start with the one that matches yours:

  • What happens to information I send you? Read the privacy notice. It covers this website and enquiries about Inclusion Studio, including the pilot.
  • Does this website use cookies or tracking? Read the cookie policy. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking.
  • Can I reuse your guides, templates and free tools? Read the website terms. Our content is general information, not legal or professional advice.
  • What are the rules for using the service? Read the acceptable use policy, which will apply once the service is available.

Why are these marked as drafts?

They are drafts because they have not yet been reviewed by a qualified adviser, and we would rather say so than present them as final. We will update them, and remove the draft label, after that review.

What about learner data in the service?

Learner data in the service is not covered by these website policies. When a provider uses Inclusion Studio, we expect the provider to be the controller and us to act as its processor, under a contract and data processing agreement agreed before any real learner data is used. Read data protection and the assurance roadmap for more, or contact us with a question.

Help shape the pilot

We are working with a small number of England FE colleges and apprenticeship providers first. Tell us about your learner support and we will be in touch.
