Join the Inclusion Studio pilot
We are looking for a small group of three to five England FE colleges and apprenticeship providers to work with us on a controlled pilot.
What the pilot involves
- A short discovery conversation about how learner support works in your organisation today.
- Hands-on sessions with inclusion leads, tutors and assessors using the prototype and pilot builds with synthetic data.
- Where appropriate, and with consent and accessible materials, learner involvement in testing the learner view.
- For apprenticeship providers, testing the employer view with a willing employer contact.
- Agreeing, together, what would need to be true before any real learner data is used.
What you get
Early influence over a product built around your learners, direct access to the team building it, and free use of our templates and tools throughout. Commercial terms are agreed individually; see pricing.

Frequently asked questions
Who can join the Inclusion Studio pilot?
England further education colleges and apprenticeship providers, including independent training providers, who want to improve how learner support is agreed, delivered and reviewed.
Will the pilot use real learner data?
Not until the pre-live gates are met: independent security and privacy review, verified tenant isolation and file protection, a DPIA and contractual assessment, and tested recovery. Early pilot work uses synthetic data.
What does it cost to join the pilot?
Nothing during the pilot. If you then choose to continue, you pay half the list price for your first three years, with onboarding free. Pilot terms are agreed in writing with each provider.
What will pilot providers be asked to do?
Share how learner support works today, test workflows with staff and, where appropriate and with consent, learners, and tell us honestly what helps and what does not.
